SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER

The Occupational Safety and Health Act established the safety and health officer (SHO) to assist employers in meeting their legal obligations (OSHA). An SHO’s main responsibilities are to maintain compliance and promote safe work practices. The Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Regulations detail the regulatory responsibilities of a SHO.

CERTIFICATION

At the end of the course, all participants will get a certificate of attendance. To sit for the XP Technic Solutions test, participants must complete all quizzes and exceed attendance criteria.

English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. The training can be executed in a dual language option.
